May I ask for one puppuccino, please… 

 

That sentence wasn’t even necessary, because last evening something subtle yet powerful happened.

A night out dining with some amazing women, and I brought my charming little dog.
We thought his presence would limit us. Instead, it did the opposite.

What happened didn’t just make the evening, it shaped my loyalty as a customer.

They didn’t just allow my dog inside.

They welcomed him.

They noticed him.
Engaged with him.
Included him.

Gave him water, space, and snacks, even a well-served puppuccino.

A small gesture on the surface, until you look closer.

This was the perfect example of how a brand does conditioning, if it gets repeated, even subtly.

And that’s part of how you position yourself strongly in the market. Not by doing what’s expected, but by doing that extra, what’s felt, what’s worth remembering.

No grand gesture was needed, just a little puppuccino.
And that shaped what feels like the obvious choice next time.

Not just a place that tolerates dogs, but includes them in the dining experience.
